Our Birth & Education Package is meant for those that want hands-on, in-person doula support for their birth. This package includes all the good things from our prenatal education package, with the addition of the continuous in-person birth support. You can expect physical care, advocacy, emotional support, and informational guidance during pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond!

The Comprehensive Birth Package

- An initial consultation
- Text/call/email support
- Learning platform with resources, recommendations, and a detailed client workbook
- Self paced 6-hour Lamaze Childbirth Education Class
- Professional birth plan review
- Prenatal visits (3 total) - two office or virtual, one in-home
- Weekly drop-in office hours! Come sip tea and hang
- Continuous informational, emotional, and physical support during active labor, birth, and up to 2 hours postpartum
- Postpartum visits (2 total) - one office or virtual, one in-home 
- Free access to Seagrace’s Newborn Feeding Group

Our postpartum care package is a stand alone or additional service to our other packages.  This includes one prenatal visit to create your individualized postpartum care plan, which can include any of the following (and anything in addition that applies to your specific family):

- Hands-on newborn care education: feeding, diapering, bathing, cord care, and sleep
- Guidance to help you understand baby’s cues and soothing techniques
- Breastfeeding support: positioning, latch, pumping, and milk storage
- Formula feeding guidance for safe preparation and routines
- Sleep support tailored for the whole family’s rest and rhythms
- Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, & tidying, and errands
- Meal preparation & nourishment
- Postpartum recovery education and hands-on comfort measures
- Emotional support and compassionate care for all family members
- Support to reflect on and process your birth experience
- Extra help for older siblings
- Referrals to trusted wellness providers and local resources
- Space for rest and renewal for parents
