Our Birth & Education Package is meant for those that want hands-on, in-person doula support for their birth. This package includes all the good things from our prenatal education package, with the addition of the continuous in-person birth support. You can expect physical care, advocacy, emotional support, and informational guidance during pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond!

The Comprehensive Birth Package

- An initial consultation
- Text/call/email support

- Self paced Lamaze Childbirth Education Class

- Prenatal visits (3 total) - two office or virtual, one in-home
- Weekly drop-in office hours! Come sip tea and hang
- Continuous informational, emotional, and physical support during active labor, birth, and up to 2 hours postpartum
- Postpartum visits (2 total) - one office or virtual, one in-home 
- Additional resources & referrals

Our postpartum care package is a stand alone or additional service to our other packages. This includes one prenatal visit to create your individualized postpartum care plan, which can include any of the following (and anything in addition that applies to your specific family):

- Newborn care education and hands-on assistance with feeding, diapering, bathing, cord care, sleep
- Help you learn baby's cues for feeding and sleeping, and offering soothing tips for baby
- Postpartum recovery education
- Breastfeeding guidance: proper positioning and latch, pumping and storing breastmilk, encouragement
- Sleep support for the whole family
- Emotional support and nurturing care for all members of the family
- Caring for the new mother with hands-on massage and postpartum comfort measures 
- Assistance with processing your birth story
- Referrals to other wellness providers
- Light housekeeping and meal prep 
- Errands and grocery shopping 
- Sibling support and activities
- Overall rest for the new parents

We recommend this package to first time parents or parents who desire a different experience from previous births.
