Our Childbirth Education Class is led by Kaitlyn Reed, a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator & Certified Doula. There is a virtual self-paced component to this class, as well as a 2-3 hour in-person portion.
This class equips you and your partner with the knowledge and skills to support a physiologic birth. By understanding your body’s natural design, you’ll gain confidence in the birth process, your baby, and yourself. This class is ideal for those planning a low-intervention, unmedicated birth, but also prepares those interested in a medicated birth for situations where pain relief options may not be available or may not work as expected, ensuring you feel empowered in all birth scenarios.

Becoming a parent is a transformative journey, and this class equips you with the knowledge and hands-on skills to care for your newborn with confidence. You'll gain practical insights into newborn traits, behaviors, and care essentials, ensuring you feel prepared for the beginnings of parenthood.
