If you’re looking for doula support during your pregnancy journey but not during your birth, we have a package that includes 4 prenatal visits, 1 postpartum visit, a Lamaze Childbirth Education Class, and access to our learning platform. This is designed to help you prepare for your birth with holistic prenatal doula care, childbirth education, and professional birth plan development. Your postpartum visit is typically focused on helping you with birth processing, answering questions related to recovery and newborn care, and referrals to other local care providers.

Our Birth & Education Package is meant for those that wants hands-on, in-person doula support for their birth. This package includes all the good things from our pregnancy package, with the addition of the continuous birth care and childbirth education. You can expect physical care, advocacy, emotional support, and informational guidance during pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond!

The Comprehensive Birth Package

* Text/call/email support throughout your entire pregnancy
* A learning platform with resources, recommendations, and a detailed client workbook
* Self paced virtual Lamaze Childbirth Education Class
* Professional birth plan review
* Two office/virtual prenatal visits
* One in-person prenatal appointment in your home or desired location
* Continuous informational, emotional, and physical support during active labor, birth, and up to 2 hours postpartum
* One in-person postpartum appointment in your home or desired location
* One office/virtual follow-up postpartum visit
* Additional resources & referrals

In Total - 3 Prenatal Visits, Continuous Birth Support, 2 Postpartum Visits

Our postpartum care package is a stand alone or additional service to our other packages. This includes one prenatal visit to create your individualized postpartum care plan, which can include any of the following (and anything in addition that applies to your specific family):

* Caring for the new mother with hands-on massage and postpartum comfort measures
* Baby care education and hands-on assistance with feeding, diapering, bathing, cord care, sleep
* Help you learn baby's cues for feeding and sleeping, and offering soothing tips for baby
* Postpartum recovery education
* Breastfeeding guidance: proper positioning and latch, pumping and storing breastmilk, encouragement
* Sleep support for the whole family
* Emotional support and nurturing care for all members of the family 
* Assistance with processing your birth story
* Referrals to other wellness providers
* Light housekeeping and meal prep 
* Errands and grocery shopping 
* Sibling support and activities
* Rest for the new parents

In Total-

- Additional hours may be added to your package for a fixed hourly rate. A 4-hour minimum is required.

This package includes the birth doula experience and the in-home postpartum care package, along with two private in-person education classes, more postpartum care hours, and meals to nourish you.  

We recommend this package to first time parents or parents who desire a different experience from previous births.
